Changes to home page

I'd suggest the following changes and would be happy to implement them:
Turn https://colossalai.org/ home page into a springboard into the project and docs by providing a brief intro of Colossal-AI and an overview of all info available in the docs.
I imagine a mixture of the GitHub Docs start page and Lightning AI's.
As per add8814, see attached PDF what the changes look like.
Translation is missing.
