[Bug]: Skip break button not display with different resolution monitor

What operating system are you using?

Reproduction steps
- Connect two monitor one with 1920x1080 resolution and another with 4K, and use them in extended mode
- Enable all monitor setting
- Wait for next mini or long break
...
Reproduces how often: [100%]
Expected Behavior
There are two possible solution for this.
- Duplicate single monitor like UI on each monitor where each monitor show skip button and break idea
- Show skip button & break idea on primary monitor and show chose color UI on rest of monitors
Actual Behavior
Two overlapping windows shows up but skip button is hidden.
