[BUG] Can't log in

Describe the bug
When I lock the log in button, I get the OAuth popup, after I authorise it, the popup closes and nothing happens. Reloading the page doesn't help. Clicking log in again opens the popup, but it immediately closes and nothing happens.

The request to https://tasking-manager-tm4-production-api.hotosm.org/api/v2/system/authentication/login/?redirect_uri=https://tasks.hotosm.org/authorized works fine, but the next request to it's auth_url (https://tasking-manager-tm4-production-api.hotosm.org/api/v2/system/authentication/callback/?redirect_uri=https://tasks.hotosm.org/authorized&code=ABC) gets an 500 response with {"message": "Internal Server Error"}
hi @Cj-Malone, Does this issue still persists on your device? I couldn't replicate it on mine.
if you could provide information regarding which browser you are using or anything, that would help me reproduce the bug.
