Login failure

On May 8, I logged into the tasking manager to map and validate for project #16445.
A pop-up appeared to perform a software update, which I did.
I had to log in again but got a blank screen. Since then I also get a blank screen when I try to open the tasking manager.
How can I regain access to the tasking manager?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @TeBaMa , What kind of update are we talking about? Was it your system update of update specific to tasking manager or osm? Have you tried refreshing? Can you share more details about the system you are using like browser or any screenshot.
It will be easier for me to reproduce. Currently, i am not able to reproduce the issue.

@TeBaMa One more question, which language are you switched in? Is it English or you use any other language settings on tasking manager?
And is that issue only on sign in pop-up or the whole website?

Seems like this issue is same as #6425 . Thank you @TeBaMa for quick replies. We are trying to fix this issue ASAP.

For what it's worth: I have the same issue since a few days ago also. Can't login to TaskManager website. (the sign-in pop-up screen goes blanc after I click sign in). I can however access the openstreetmap website and make edits there. https://www.openstreetmap.org/
So it's only a TM hick-up, I guess.

It's only on the Dutch language setting. When I sign in with 'English' as language, I can login as easy as before.

@Snowman68 @TeBaMa - we released a new version of Tasking Manager to fix the language related crash issue. Please confirm if this works well for you.

Dear Manjita Pandey and the whole team,

Great work, I can open the trading manager and log in again.
Thank you very much for your quick resolution of the problem.

Cordial greetings,
TeBaMa

Thanks for the confirmation @Snowman68 @TeBaMa - wishing you a great experience with Tasking Manager!
