Extraction Error unexpected EOF

I keep getting following error:
Extraction Error: DIRECTORY_NAME: used password 1 of 2: copying io: unexpected EOF
I waited over 24 hours and it still occurs. Archive isn't password protected. I have no clue what this error means.
The problem was that one of the parts was corrupted.
