I'm not entirely sure this is the case but it seems to me that you mean to be hosting something more like plex/pms-docker (Plex Media Server) than just a Plex Web Interface? If that's not the case go ahead and close this issue. I wasn't sure how else I should let you know that you might be mistaken.
