feat: add dropdown menu component

Currently, we are using vue-tippy for dropdown. But, this component will support only dropdown with menu items without using any third party library
Can you assign me this add dropdown menu component problem , i have registered for the FOSS hack
Can I also try to work on this issue? I have taken part in the foss hack event and request you to assign this issue to me under the event.
My approach to solve this issue would be to add the dropdown component as a new component in the src/components folder and then add the related story to it in the stories folder and then test the code.
If there is anything more I need to do please guide me.
