[bug]: Why can't the new request be saved?

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behavior
When I add a new request, it appears briefly in the folder after saving, but it disappears after a few minutes.
Steps to reproduce
Add a request
Save the request
Refresh
It disappears
Environment
Production
Version
Cloud
Normally this shouldn't happen. Can you share a screen recording of this behavior to understand this better?
