Allow PDF export of transaction history

Currently, only /history csv and /history json are exported. What about /history pdf which exports the full personal transaction history as a pretty PDF file? This was requested by someone as a side joke, but we could really think about doing it later (when all important features are done, actually).
Who would use this and why? That's unnecessary bloat.
