Add export options to the /history command

When #31 is finished, the implementation of a way to export the full transaction log as JSON or CSV file should be done. Of course, a user can only request the logs of himself, even if he's a creditor for someone else.
This possibility should not be limited to internal users only. Every registered user should be able to do this.
Exporting the transaction log as JSON is possible now. The command to do so is /communism json.
