Can't reset password.

I followed the instructions to reset passwords. Logged into Terminal, see terminal paste below. It seems to have worked.
However, when I go to the login screen, I do not see a place to set up a new account, nor can I figure out what the password is. None of the defaults such as hoobs/hoobsadmin works.
Please advise and thanks for any help.

#1) Respect the privacy of others.
#2) Think before you type.

Hello,
Here is a how to link on how to reset the password https://youtu.be/A95jDz3Vw0Y
I have this issue as well – I'm running HOOBS on a raspberry pi 4B after installing it with apt. I used to be able to log into it, but can't anymore. I've reset the auth, I've even done a full reset of the installation using sudo hbs system reset
and still I'm getting the login screen (that refuses all passwords, even ones that my password manager knows used to work).
To reset the user login please access the HOOBS™ TERMINAL: https://support.hoobs.org/docs/60e6310b6c19a6a5ca8f5c5f
Then run: sudo hbs system reset auth
Then run: sudo reboot -h
