It was ok to display chinese in terminal, but not ok in browser. Did you meet such problem?
i have no problem with my laptop browser, while not good on my iPhone. I guess for pure json without any charset hint, iOS browser might make a guess based on your locale, and could make it GBK. i guess the charset should be utf-8
