Update integration docs to notify if active alerts for integration

We should create a new plugin for Jekyll that fetches https://alerts.home-assistant.io/alerts.json and checks if there is an active alert for the integration. If so, link to the alerts page with a filter applied for that integration.
We should only check for alerts in the latest release of Home Assistant, not all of them.
Frenck had a great idea to not use Jekyll, but instead make the docs website include some JavaScript from this repo to render it
