Program SPI/I2C EEPROMs from file

Send file and write to EEPROM. Requires write and page length settings. Add
as macro to SPI and I2C libraries?

Now using binary IO modes to program, dump EEPROMs. See example perl scrips in 
SVN
under /scripts.
