Carnival 2024 Missing from Brazil Holidays Listing

While querying for holidays on February 12th, 2024, I noticed that Carnival is not listed in the results:
Holidays.on(Date.civil(2024, 2, 12), :br)
=> []this is a informal holiday, so i'm closing the issue
