Hi there,

I'd like to use this library in the Netherlands. I noticed that Liberation Day (May 05) is considered a holiday this year, however, in the Netherlands it's a required public holiday every 5 years (so the next one would be 2025) and it is a non-mandatory holiday otherwise. Is there any way that can be incorporated into the library?
