Manage Belgium parent region

Hello,

When i search holidays for ":be" , i've a nice

Holidays::InvalidRegion (Holidays::InvalidRegion)

I see it's the not the same for ":ca", because we have the region definition in REGIONS

we should be able to do the same for belgium ?

I have same problem with Taiwan holidays. When I try :tw I get the same error.
