Australia (:au) does not have 'Christmas Day'

With all of the sub-regions we don't have one set for the overall :au region. We should test this out to determine if somehow the parent region is covered by one of these or if we need an explicit :au entry.

I am going to close this. After thinking about it more I don't even know if it is a real issue. It seems that each part of Australia has different rules...if it turns out that there is an overall :au rule then let me know and we can discuss a solution. Until I know otherwise I am going to leave things as-is.
