Does this library handle bad relays?

I've been using the original jeffthibault / python-nostr. But ran into the issue where bad relays are not handled jeffthibault/python-nostr#61. I was wondering if this library has a fix implemented. If not, which library should I use, that other one seems to be poorly managed.
It does nvm.
