ToDo Notes package

Now there are small macros like \todo, but we could add this package todonotes 1. I would include it. The macro \todo now can be reused, it would necessary to extend a small workaround when using externalize with tikz (i already have) to the behaviour of \todo will just be more fancy in the default config.
I can make a proposal here in a seperate branch by a pull request if you like.

Sorry for the delay. I will implement this the next days. If it is okay, I will include a file as a Header with this. So that all the options are not in the main document (this could also helf in making the German/English version with just a config switch).

good idea, I agree that having all the configurations separated from the main text file is generally a good practice. Thanks!
See pull request !14. I just did little putting stuff und Header.tex. It can also be put in the sty-file. For the first appearence it is clear to the user what went into it. So i suggest to put things stept by step then to your sty file or to Header.tex. However it suites you...
