~0.0, the creepy guy

Hello :-),

It appears that the ~0.0 requirement in some composer.json files and in some README.md files can afraid some people. We have two solutions:

replace ~0.0 by ~0.1 (which does not change anything for us…) in README.md files (in the “Installation” section),
replace ~0.0 by ~0.1 also in composer.json files.

Thoughts? /cc @hoaproject/hoackers
