Transaction banner h1.transaction-banner__heading style overridden by article h1 resulting in incorrect colour

Problem/Feature
When displaying a transaction banner as per http://hmrc.github.io/assets-frontend/section-header.html#kssref-header-transaction the colour of the h1 element is not displayed as white as intended in GOV.UK Elements http://hmrc.github.io/assets-frontend/section-header.html#kssref-header-transaction
Expected behaviour
The h1 text should be white.
@MarkPaxton Can you trim down those images to just the bits you're talking about please?
