HealthCare Service missing

Given that we have included Organization, PractitionerRole and Location, is there a specific reason we have omitted HealthcareService from AU Core. Inclusion of this profile would make extension and derivation a lot cleaner to other IGs (i.e. PD).
AU Core HealthcareService profile priority will be assessed when considering AU Core R2 scope. It likely could come in. It was not included in R1 due to community prioritisation exercises undertaken by the TDG at the planning stage for AU Core R1 scoping. It is recommended to participate in the R2 scoping exercises we expect will occur after the AU Core R1 ballot reconciliation is completed.
