For all profiles the narrative of the interaction summary only lists SHALL.

The MAYs were left out of the original tranche of work to get the CapabilityStatements up. With March Ballot for Comment the narrative and the underlying resource RESTful requirements need to reflect that for each resource that the following are MAY:

  • create, update, delete, vread, patch, history-instance
