hiptest-publisher does not import xml

The hiptest-publisher will not import test runs.
To Reproduce
hiptest-publisher -c hiptest-publisher.conf --test-run-id XXX --push=XXX.xml --push-format=xml
result:
[v] Posting XXX.xml to https://app.hiptest.com
Expected behavior
To see test the test run in hiptest affected

hiptest-publisher 1.10.4
