Use cached data from session panel in session viewer

We noticed that there is still some loading time when transitioning from a session in the related resource panel to the session player for that same session. Since we already have the data loaded for the panel view, we should be able to make it faster to load. We may also want to consider handing off the session at the time the player was in the panel using the tsAbs param.
