Overlay remains active when deleting entry, cursor inactive.

Hi, I think this is bug. When you delete an entry in the admin, the overlay remains active disabling the cursor. You can still delete the entry by pressing return on the keyboard. Anyway, it's a minor bug but thought you should know about it. Screen shot attached.
Chrome Version 29.0.1547.76, Mac OS X 10.8.5

I will check into this and you could try clearing your cache in the meantime to see if it fixes this. Have you tried it in another browser?
AH! I had just posted on the comment section for the plug in, I get the same thing, this is in any browser.
Can I get access to your admin so that I can see this firsthand? I cannot get this same result.
@SemiSarah What is the theme that you are using?
I have tried with two different themes, one is a UFOTheme Top shop, and the outcome of that is really odd. (Don't mind the mess, I am just finding the right functionality, so its a bit of a mess) here:

The Issue as "rtilney" decscribed is present in both themes when you try to delete an entry, I use a PC, so by hitting enter the picture is removed, though I only got it to work after "rtilney" mentioned it.
Now the next theme is iFeature 5 Pro by CyberChimps, the front end looks much better, cosmetically, however I added 4 pictures in it, and the contest only wanted to display 3. You can see it here:

But I was was able to click on the images for voting. :)
What do you think? There are issues in both themes, though different ones. The original issue mentioned here is not fixed by clearing cache, or by using different browsers, its really just there.

I do not see an overlay.

I am working on figuring out what is causing the admin overlay problem for you and @rtilney but I cannot get it to replicate on my side.
I checked it out and whatever plugin that is UGC posts looks to be messing with myContest. It is even adding itself under the myContest menu. This is definitely a plugin conflict from which ever plugin is causing this. The other plugin that is causing this must not be correctly coded and thus be messing up myContest. What plugins do you have installed? I would try deactivating all the plugins except myContest and activating each one until you find the culprit.

I tried a new theme. That other one was messed up or something, things just didn’t work well at all. That Plugin you mentioned is a User Group Control Plugin, where you can select certain user groups to give certain types of access, I guess it works similar to AD. You choose the Sections of your site to be controlled by that plugin, which when you looked you would see the entry within :myContest: tabs, as I selected that section to be user controlled. The transparent overlay, disappeared when I switched the theme over to twentythirteen, which led me to believe that the issue is prolly that Theme. Go figure though, cause they don’t offer any support, lol. I wonder why. The contest now works, though that original issue still exists. You should still look into that. Anyway. Thank you for all your support.

Fixed in version 2.0.8 (now in beta release)! Changed this to a undo button instead. Let me know if this works for you if not I will reopen this issue.
