Add new entry doesn't work?

Hello great plugin but it doesn't work on our site. The function (button) "Add new Entry" doesn't work and also the links "Entries, General, Voting Start, Voting End, Social, Advanced and Help). you can find this in the mycontest tab.

What could be the problem and how can i fix this?

I see also an error when i inspect my elements in mycontest - add new contest :

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'blind' of undefined myContest-admin.min.js:6
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'hgsTabs'

I am working on this by I have been insanely busy with school since my two summer semesters overlap for two weeks and I have finals too.

This sounds like a problem with another plugin messing up the enqueueing of scripts and stylesheets for myContest. Try deactivating your other plugins and see if it stops this behaviour.

Try disabling the shortcode on the settings page. This may be causing it too.

Hello Kyle,

Thank you for your emails.

I have created a whole new page and your plugin work so far in the back end . but the shortcode doesn’t work on a page or in a full width post.

I saw on the issue board that the yoast plugin cause problems. It breaks our template. But I have deactivate the plugin and the template looks good again.

How can I fix this?

myContest version 2.0.1 rolled out across beta and regular updates. Please update and let me know if this fixes your problem.

I am assuming this has been fixed for you and I am closing this issue.
