Can't find the shortcode

I read somewhere here that the shortcode can be found in the help tab, but I cannot find it. I have ver 1.2.4. See here http://i.imm.io/16GpK.png.

And btw I tried this in a post (inserted via the text editor). It did not work (my contest was not displayed inside the post).

That was not added until 1.2.7. The shortcode was changed as well to allow embedding on pages. This is part of the 2.0.0 release and is still in testing with a plethora of new, awesome features!
