Double entries

Secondly, I am trying hard to find out what is causing double entries on some installs (only 2 at the moment) but I cannot reproduce it on my side and I cannot find any reason that it would show twice unless it is another plugin messing with the content or the theme doing something weird.
If you are having this problem could you send me the following information:
- Wordpress Version
- PHP Version
- Wordpress plugins installed
- Wordpress Theme you are using
I can't replicate this. Any ideas?
I think I may have fixed this. Just need to test it completely.
