Shippable trigger checks

The 'shippable' trigger type should check the following:
- That the build artefacts exist for the given build
- That the build number is of the latest successful build - don't want to deploy old builds
Awaiting fix for Shippable/support#205
No longer fixing. Have switched to Drone for now as that is both hosted and open source.
