Outdated type aliases doc after banning of partially abstract type constants

Where is the problem?
The last code block, where an example of the "as" constraint is given.
What is the problem?
It gives an invalid example. If I write it, my hack linter says: "as constraints are only legal on abstract type constants".
Please don't change anything below this point.
