About page is copy-pasted from another site

Need to populate the about page with content about the site, and methodologies of how we got here.
@thequbit which branch should those edits go into? When we met at HHROC, we were talking about updating the "preso.svg" page to include story from after HackUpsate, but that is different than the about page.
@decause This will be fore the monroe_county branch. It would be nice to keep the story there as it is with the few edits we talked about at the train station. The about page needs to be more details about how we got the data, what we did with the data, and some kind of disclaimer about the site. I will get that all written up today.
If you could add those things we talked about to the story that would be awesome.
