Change default paper format choice

Right now the default choice is "Best fit" if no other setting is found in the user session, Din A4 or Letter would probably be a better initial default choice though as with recent minimal zoom factor setting changes the "Best fit" size is the minimal size (10x10cm by default) in most cases.
