CosineRestart学习率策略和Darknet的sgdr一样吗?

在原版mmdetection用policy='CosineRestart'发现步长是不变的呢, 可能实际用的还是steps.
然后periods应该是写restart的epoch对吗?
另外使用了CosineAnnealing策略后发现- ERROR - The testing results of the whole dataset is empty.
这个各位有遇到过吗?
