Update the README to point to you own BuildHive job

Currently the README displays the BuildHive job status but it still pointing to my own job. I guess you want to monitor/show your own statuses ;)
Replace
##RPM packages
by the url found at:
https://buildhive.cloudbees.com/job/hgomez/job/devops-incubator/badge/
