Missing dependencies to install pyvows on Debian systems

Hi Bernardo,

I've just try to install pyvows on a Ubuntu and it fails because libevent-dev must be installed.

So I think we should replace at http://heynemann.github.com/pyvows/#installing

apt-get install libxslt-dev libxml2-dev

by

apt-get install libxslt-dev libxml2-dev libevent-dev

Nicolas thanks for opening this issue with a resolution. Installing libevent-dev made it work for me also.
