model3d: package stability, or removal

This is a tracking issue for declaring the mach-model3d package as stable. This means:
- It is in use inside Mach engine and we feel good about it overall.
- None of the outstanding issues are of major concern.
- The README and website have been updated to remove the experimental warning.
Today, mach-model3d is usable and there are examples in mach-core. It is ready for use, but docs are not great, and we're still considering if model3d is the right format for Mach or not.
model3d has been removed in favor of #867 - which helps #1166
