Filters do not match on names or coordinates present in 3rd party packets

The APRS packet parser of aprsc does not look at the contents of 3rd party packets (starting with a '}') at all, and filters do not catch packets based on contents of those packets.
Fixed in SHA: 0a41e69 / aprsc 1.8.1 for most filters. Contents of 3rd party packets are now parsed.
