I think this is not a new issue but can't find a related or similar one but first time using Vue on heroku and i got this error:

error fetching custom buildpack https://github.com/heroku-buildpack-static

The URL of the buildpack is:
https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-static

...rather than:
https://github.com/heroku-buildpack-static

Thanks, Vue documentation must be updated
