Unable to run wasm files

Failed to execute 'compile' on 'WebAssembly': Incorrect response MIME type. Expected 'application/wasm'. i constantly get this error. Even adding the .wasm file it fails, I am using the create-react-app buildpack by mars and have forked the two repos to include wasm. However nothing seems to work
