ext-newrelic segmentation fault, breaks site

Seeing this in my release phase with the latest buildpack:

Can't reproduce the segfault so far, but I too see the warning. Issue filed with NR: newrelic/newrelic-php-agent#791
Turns out the segfault isn't due to ext-newrelic; closing this for now.
