With official framework script (2a32757), cast session is created and media plays, but remote control doesn't work.

When trying to access https://app.plex.tv/desktop and having https://app.plex.tv/* as a URL in the extension options, I get the following.
Any ideas?
Unless you're running a newer build with the framework API support, best guess is that the Plex app failing to load the framework properly and just tossing you a generic error.
I've tested the latest release against plex - the results are great - I'm able to cast and see the video, soun and subtitles on the tv. Plex shows a spinner the whole time, but who cares - CASTING WORKS! 👯♀️
In attempts to try and replace chrome, I've installed fx_cast for firefox. I'm using osx monterey, because upgrading is something apple has made a burden. The bridge successfully installs, but it appears to not actually work or run. Nothing is operating on port 9555 or 9556, and when I try to cast something (plex) the little popup window appears, and it shows the name of the chromecast, but it doesnt give me any options to cast the tab
it wont let me cast anything, actually. I'm not sure what to do about it. The laptop and the chromecast are on the same wireless network, same broadcast domain, same AP, no firewall inbetween - and I can cast with chrome no problems. What can I do to troubleshoot?
@Viss Without the bridge, device discovery isn't possible, so it's probably working fine if it's picking up devices. Have you whitelisted the Plex site?

If that doesn't help, make a new issue on the main repo since this isn't likely to be compat-related.
oh, nice! Thats how the whitelist works. I tried adding it manually, but it wouldnt let me save it, and trying to edit the existing entry also doesnt let me save it. I hit enter, escape, tab.. but the save button never becomes enabled. plex runs on port 32400, and I cant find a way to add that (im not sure if the port matters?), but using that context menu i was at least able to add the main url
though now that I can see it in the popup, it doesnt seem to 'actually do anything'. the chromecast doesnt seem to respond, despite being able to see it in the screenshot and being able to hit the cast button
oh, i may have twiddled it the right way?
