Keep alive feature

Once you run chroma-feedback as an service, it might exit once API is not accessible or no devices have been detected.
There should be an --keep-alive argument to bypass automated exiting.
Does not make sense on the Chroma Feedback side as connection to device issues can't be ignored by just printing and not exiting... therfore a third party dameon should restart the process
