document.write() in app.html causing parser-blocking

What's this issue about?
The problem happening can be understood by reading https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2016/08/removing-document-write
Expected behavior
The warning is there for something and should be removed by improving the code.
Actual behavior
Steps to reproduce
Just after executing npm run dev the app shows this warning on the console of developer tools.
Environment
OS: macOS Sierra 10.12.5
