Flowchart figure 4.4 and figure 4.7

The start block (pink) of the 2 figures seems accidentally switched up.

I think it should be
4.4 Make a liquid starter
4.7 Make a stiff starter

Hello,

Thanks for the report. I do think it is correct
"Make a regular or stiff starter" is your starting point which you convert to. would you please suggest an alternate wording if that is unclear ? "Take your regular..."

PS: as a side note those should be flowcharts not figures... thanks for pointing this out!

Hello @DinSu123 a proposed fix is in https://github.com/hendricius/the-sourdough-framework/tree/starter_conversion_flowcharts let me know if that is clearer or not.
