[stable/grafana] specifying plugin version

There doesn't seem to be any documented way to specify a plugin version via helm chart; via grafana-cli it is just an additional field after the plugin specification, but as far as I can see there is no documented way to do this via helm charts.
This is frustrating when someone wants to run a beta version of a plugin to get new features (or early support for new grafana versions, especially for v7).
