Upgrade Bootswatch to latest versions

Please, upgrade Bootswatch to latest versions for Bootstrap 4 and 5 here. I am testing for Bootstrap 5 and need the latest version to see if there is an issue or not. See https://github.com/thomaspark/bootswatch/tags
