配置文件中填写 相册id 后 并没有起作用

picgo版本：2.4 beta6
插件版本：1.13
故障复现：

  1. 获取了相册id
image 2. 配置文件中设置了相册id为 1 image 3.上传照片后，图片并未上传至对应相册 image

似乎是只能遵循lsky用户默认的上传规则。。。
