Annotations not validated although prefix is used properly

When using the jupyter notebook to validate sub-eegArtifactTUH annotations, the notebook returns multiple errors for anotations although prefix ('sc') for the library schema is included.
For this subject, annotations were made using an accompanying events.json sidecar.

This was an issue in the Jupyter notebook not in hedtools. It is fixed in version 0.1.0 of the HED examples.
